Experiment: Be brave and try things large breweries can't or won't. It's one of our core values. We put it to the test with this exciting new beer style. We love NEIPAs, but wanted one which fits our unique country. We experimented with many ingredients until we found Davidson Plum. This Aboriginal fruit by itself is quite bitter but in this beer it perfectly complements the copious amounts of hops. Juicy hoppy aromas are followed by a thirst quenching tartness. It's perfect for Aussies who want the juicy hop of a NEIPA, but need to quench an Aussie Summer thirst. The magic ingredient also provides a mesmerising haze the colour of a Summer sunset.

We've not been cautious with this experiment. Near 40kgs of hop and 90 Litres of pure fruit fruit puree goes into only 1500 litres of beer. An expensive experiment to be sure... but one we're eager to see if our friends agree was worth it.
