We can tell you it pairs well with Fava beans.

Our 9.8% Double Hazy IPA was originally a pilot batch brewed on the SABCO for Beer and BBQ Fest in 2022. It was so well received we scaled it up in 2023 with a can and keg release.

Appearance is pale yellow and very hazy with soft white foam. Strong fruity aromas of mango, papaya, peach, apricot, pineapple and citrus with floral yeast esters, grassy and herbal notes. Big thick body with high residual sweetness. Soft fluffy mouthfeel and a lingering bitterness that is carried by a long sweet finish. Moderate carbonation.
