Beer description: A Collaboration between Four Pillars Distillery and Hargreaves Hill Brewing Company. This Gose/Berlinerweiss was soured and aged in Four Pillars Gin barrels just long enough for gin characteristics to take hold without too much Oak coming through. Additional botanicals were then added. A Highly sessionable, yet intricate brew.⠀
