Slow Lane Leann Dearg Irish Red Ale

Description:

We've been hosting traditional Irish music sessions at our brewery taproom over the last few months, so thought it was about time we brewed our first Irish-style beer. Leann Dearg is a malty but easy drinking ale. Brewed with a base of flavourful Maris Otter malt and just enough roasted barley to add a touch of red colouring. A blend of English hops (East Kent Goldings & Fuggles) adds a subtle herbal tea quality and some bitterness to balance. Fermented with Irish Ale yeast before cold conditioning for several weeks.

Mountain Culture Pirate Culture Hazy Pale Ale

Hop Nation English Red Ale

A rich, amber coloured beer with toasty malt and caramel on the nose. The palate is malt driven, with a touch of chocolate and a cleansing but balanced hop bitterness. This round, session beer finishes like its style should - smack bang in the middle - not too sweet and not too bitter.

White Bay As Good As I Once Was American Brown Ale

This Brown ale will take you through a whole range of taste and emotions both at a leisurely and fast pace. Not too old, not too young, just right. No longer a spry young lad, but that doesn't mean I can't still party with the best of em'. Full bodied, rich malty American style Brown Ale with notes of chocolate and coffee from the darker malt, and pronounced notes of plum and raisins from rich crystal malts. A low level bitterness to keep things in check and balance out the more complex malt bill. Let's all keep getting better with age.

Sunrise Saison is fermented with our house saison culture that has been propagated from recent research into the historical origins of the style. All of this together makes for a highly refreshing and distinctly reckless beer.

Little Bang x Fox Friday Hopocalypse West Coast IPA

Hargreaves Hill Athena Bière de Garde

Description:

An old beer style from the North of France, this Biere de Garde has a sweet biscuity malt profile with some faint earthy characters typical of the style. A lightly kilned malt bill gives the beer its unique amber copper colour. A low hop presence is balanced by a warming alcohol finish. So if you're looking to escape the chaos of the universe, Athena will provide.

Little Bang Sun Bear Hazy Pale Ale

Description:

By the laws of the Bear Conservation Society, we're required to brew a beer with "Bear" in the title at regular intervals. Session Hazy IPAs can be a little tedious, but the combination of Sabro, Strata and Vista hops in Sun Bear bring loads of citrus, tropical layers and some nice grippy bitterness in the finish. If you're looking for a lower ABV beer that still packs a flavour punch and even a little complexity, here's your bad bear.

This stout was brewed in collaboration with East33 Oysters from Wallis Lake. Whole Sydney Rock Oysters have been added to the boil to impart a subtle saltiness and minerality to the brew, complementing the roasted and chocolate malt characters. Pouring jet black with a creamy tan head, this stout finishes with a mild bitterness and a hint of the sea. Try matching it with a freshly shucked East33 Oyster for the ultimate experience.

SURE Reliable West Coast Pale

Description:

We took a slightly different approach with this West Coast Pale Ale. While it still displays all of the characteristics true to style: pine, citrus oil, grapefruit, and pith, you will notice we've pulled back on the bitterness to keep it super approachable and sessional. Balanced with smooth caramel and biscuity malt notes, this is the beer you'll reach for if you're looking for reliable refreshment.
