We have been quietly working on our dark beers over the last few months and we think we're onto something.

Recruiting the expertise of James at Seventhwave Coffee in Redfern, we trialled a number of single origin coffees and settled on this amazing Grade 1 Ethiopean Arabica from the Guji Region.

In addition to the coffee we used cherrywood smoked malts so expect a subtle smokiness mingled with the robust coffee flavours.
