1. Mountain Culture x Pirate Life Pirate Culture Hazy Pale Ale 355ml Can
The pirate way of life always has appealed to us. So we combined our treasures from distant lands with our pirate mates from the South; Citra, Cashmere and Mosaic stolen from our Status Quo, Taiheke and Wai-iti from their South Coast Pale Ale to create this swashbuckling hazy ale. ABV 5%
2. Little Bang x Fox Friday Hopocalypse West WCIPA 375ml Can
We love brewing bold, tastebud-melting IPAs so much that we teamed up with mates from across the Bass Strait who share our obsession. Turns out, they’re pretty darn good at it too!
Hopocalypse West is a crisp, resinous West Coast IPA loaded with Simcoe, Strata and Idaho 7, bringing waves of citrus, pine and ripe tropical fruit. ABV 7.2%
3. Reckless Sunrise Saison 440ml Can
Rustic in style and super fresh, this dry, refreshing saison offers subtle earthy and spice flavours from noble hops, with speciality French saison yeast adding citrussy fruit characters and a little peppercorn kick. A pale malt backbone with Naway Yila Buradja’s locally sourced sunrise lime and native pepperberries round a palate that finishes light and zingy. A great reward for hard work, no matter the season! ABV 5.2%
4. White Bay As Good As I Once Was American Brown Ale 440ml Can
Bold yet smooth, this brew hits all the right notes - just like Toby Keith himself. With an aroma of coffee, pine and fig, plus a touch of toffee and roasted malt. It's a full-bodied tribute to a country legend. T.K.'s velvety vocalsmay be gone, but his spirit lives on - so let's raise a glass against evil forces. ABV 5.7%
5. Working Title Grizzly Coffee Lager 500ml Can
Burgo is on full rampage in the urban forest of Newstead. Territorial, cantankerous and hangry for some lager. Coffee and beer, our two great loves, and while they do pair exceptionally, care must be taken in combining the right flavour profile, least you awaken the beast.
A surely yet to be patented cold steeping technique by the legends at Bear Bones is the backbone of this lager. Exotic stone fruits of lychee, cherry and guava pervade the senses, with hints of caramel and spices. It’s moorishly complex and the full spectrum of the coffee flavours is on show. ABV 6%
6. Coastal Whoota Red IPA 375ml Can
Hoppy and bitter with an ABV in the mid 6%’s this Red IPA balances the sweet caramel / malt of an amber / red ale and the hop-forward flavours and aromas of an IPA.
Brewed with Eureka, Cascade and Citra hops and generously dry hopped this IPA is flavourful and very drinkable.
Named after Whoota Whoota lookout in Wallingat National Park which offers breathtaking views - in one direction over vast stretches of eucalypt forest and in the other direction over Wallis Lake and the NSW mid-North Coast coastline. ABV 6.5%
7. Sauce Choc Vanilla Porter 375ml Can
The grown-up's Easter egg. A bold malt base with Vienna, Oats, Roast & Choc, a modest bitterness and a traditional English yeast. ABV 5.6%
8. Slow Lane Leann Dearg Irish Red Ale 375ml Can
We’ve been hosting traditional Irish music sessions at our brewery taproom over the last few months, so thought it was about time we brewed our first Irish beer style. An Irish Red Ale, or Leann Dearg if you’re speaking Irish, is a malty but easy drinking ale. Brewed with a base of flavourful Maris Otter malt and just enough roasted barley to give it an amber-red colour. Just in time for St Patrick's Day, Sláinte! ABV 4.5%
9. Philter Euphoric XPA 375ml Can
Brewed for our 8th birthday, this trail blazing beer is one of the first in Australia to harness the flavour explosion of HPA Euphorics hops. It's a supercharged XPA, so expect a refreshing burst of pineapple and guava combined with subtle floral notes, a light malt sweetness and a gentle bitterness. Zesty, crisp and easy drinking, this one is made for fun! ABV 4.6%
10. Modus Operandi Bangalley West Coast IPA 375ml Can
A West Coast IPA with an East coast vibe, perfect for enjoying on a hot summer night. ABV 6%
11. Akasha Fire Within Amber Ale 375ml Can
Fire Within is characterised by a rich copper colour and caramel sweetness, balanced with the floral and citrus flavours from a healthy dose of classic American hops. The result is a rich smooth brew that will ignite the taste buds. ABV 5.8%
12. Hop Nation English Style Red Ale 355ml Can
Crafted with no less than five specialty malts and four Aussie & American hops, our English Style Red Ale leads with malty spice, dried fruit & toffee and then comes the citrus hit with a touch of pine & dank. ABV 3.8%
