The only cider is the world using the new apple variety Julie. Displays sweet floral characteristics of the vibrant red Julie apple, created in Bilpin from a chance seedling. 100% whole crushed mountain apples, fermented cold to elevate delicate apple notes and refreshing flavours. Natural CO2 produced during fermentation makes for an easy, bohemian bubble. It's un pasteurised, gluten free and made with no added sugar or concentrates. Just apples with altitude.
