East meets West in this Hazy West Coast Pale Ale showcasing the almighty Mosaic hop in T90, Cryo and Cognito formats.

We love the concept of the hazy west coast style that Cellarmaker made their own and figured we'd play it straight down the line for our first release in this style utilising a single hop that suits both styles perfectly with the perennial favourite, Mosaic. Dabbling with Mosaic in traditional T90, Cryo and Incognito liquid hops we're getting all of that classic Mosaic goodness with an array of berry, stone fruit and some earthy herbal notes all playing together.
