Hazy 02 leaps out of the Hazy gates with this decade's hero hop, Mosaic, with a firm hold of the aroma reins. This is no one hop hazy race however with El Dorado and Australia's home grown hero Galaxy saddled up and giving chase in a big berry like symphony of dark fruits and passionfruit. An undertone balanced with tropical pineapple and subtle citrus rounds out the aromatics emerging from the haze into the final furlong of flavour. A big juicy, full mouthfeel, and our in-house strain of hazy yeast leaves a photo finish for first between flavour and freshness.
