The line-up:

1. Hawkers Framboise Sour IPA

A trans-Tasman collaboration between three of Australia and New Zealand’s most beloved breweries has produced this zingy sour raspberry IPA. We’ve added a little lactose to give it just a bit of je ne sais quoi and added mouthfeel. It’s hoppy, it’s sour, and it’s fruity—that’s a trio that will ensure an exciting night. ABV: 6.5%

2. Deep Creek Lagerita Sour Ale

Beer meets margarita! We’ve enhanced the natural zesty flavours of a traditional Gose style beer with additions of crushed dehydrated limes, bringing distinct lime freshness to the forefront. Refreshing! ABV: 3.8%

3. Colonial South West Sour Watermelon Raspberry

South West Sour Watermelon & Raspberry is a fruity and refreshing twist on our much loved South West Sour. Partially fermented with an acidifying bacteria in the brewhouse before undergoing a second fermentation with ale yeast, this is a modern sour style for modern palates. ABV: 4%

4. Yulli's Dolly Aldrin Betroot & Pineapple Berliner Weisse

Our take on a traditional German style sour wheat ale where low alcohol, tartness and fruit combine to create the ultimate sour quencher! The beer undergoes a 48 hour period of lacto-fermentation where all the souring takes place. The wort is then fermented as normal and finally blended with freshly cold pressed beetroot & pineapple juice. The result is a deliciously fresh, light and dry ale, with some upfront tartness which is rounded out by the soft fruit flavours. Pairs well with a cheeky bowl of salted potato gems. ABV: 3.3%

5. Seven Mile Meloncholy Watermelon & Raspberry Sour Ale

Watermelon & Raspberry Sour ABV: 4.6%

6. Dainton Free S'Peach Salted Peach Sour

The Peaches have had enough. They are sour. Salty that, for too long, they have just been another pantry filler. Just another pavlova topping. They want Juice-tice and they want it now! Tangy, tart and totally tantalising, Free S’Peach is a sweet yet sour brew with a hint of saltiness. With wonderful aromas of real fresh peaches, this beer is perfectly balanced with crisp finish.⠀ ABV: 4.5%

7. Aether Oak & Organisms 2021 Berliner Weisse

Bright copper in colour with aromas of cola, strawberries and cream and a snappy acidic character. French oak dominates the front palate with delightful biscuit malt, raisin and date characters closing out quickly with a sharp, complex acidic finish. ABV: 4.5%

8. La Sirene Urban Pale Farmhouse Pale Ale

Urban Pale is Farmhouse-style Pale Ale made using our House yeast and in our House-style, undergoes a long & slow fermentation with an array of wonderfully vibrant predominantly Southern hemisphere Hops. The interplay between the abundance of fresh hops and our house yeast takes refreshing to another level and finishes citrusy, crisp & super-fresh. We only produce what we need for the month to ensure you always have the freshest Urban Pale possible, as Fresh Is Best! ABV: 5.2%

9. Little Bang Face Inverter Citrus Sour Ale

So you like sours, do you? Do you like "like" "sours"? Or do you really LIKE SOURS! We like sours, we really do. We like them so much we're going to see just how sour we can get this thing to go before we break something or hurt ourselves. Come along! ABV:5%

10. Bridge Road Tropical Sour

This juicy sour ale glows all golden with a soft, tropical twang. The balance of tropical fruit notes and crisp acidity make this beer the ultimate refresher. ABV: 4.1%

11. Bentspoke Flemm Flanders Red Ale

Toffee malty notes; plum, raisin and prune fruity esters; simple tannins and lacto and acetic acids create a very complex and “isolating” beer, the burgundy of beer. A touch of “Sweaty horse blanket” coming from the wild yeast contributes to the funky character.  ABV: 4.9%

12. Anderson Valley Framboise Rose Gose

By adding rose hips to the boil and fresh raspberry puree at the end of fermentation, this kettle-soured beer is a mélange of flavors and aromas. With a light ruby hue, subtle raspberry fruit notes greet the nose and fall soft on the palate; tangy, hibiscus-like flavors mingle with the salty tartness of gose to create a uniquely complex and refreshing drinking experience. ABV: 4.2%
