Chiho is a true hybrid between Beer and Sake, where all the original ingredients of both beverages combine to create a truly challenging drinking experience. A delicate mango and pine aroma leads the senses before a silky smooth mouthfeel slides down the palette with ease. The back end finishes ultra dry and clean, before the delicate kajitsu-yo Sake flavours begin to unfold and the ABV really reveals itself. Pairs well with charred miso eggplant.
