TAP 1: Rocks Wet Hop Rye Amber

Ryeanna, a liquid layer cake flavor, filled with biscuit, caramel and bready notes to set a strong foundation and evenly matched sparring partner for the over exuberant hopping character in the beer. The use of wet hops is a rare occasion for a brewer so to celebrate the use of these, fresh Galaxy and Ella hop cones were thrown around the brew house like confetti with hopping at every possible stage of the brewing process including the mashing, first wort, the boil, the whirlpool and dry hopping.

The passionfruit and floral hop aromas are nestled snugly in front of the malty biscuit notes for a complex yet ideally pleasing aroma.

TAP 2: Akasha Freshwater Pale Ale

Freshwater is an American style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

5.2% ABV
