If you have dropped into our shop or phoned up to ask about anything beer related you may have been served by Tom - a keen beer enthusiast with a healthy appetite for the Australian beer industry. Between his university studies, working here at Beer Cartel and working at the Local Taphouse in Darlinghurst he somehow managed to find time to shoot a video interviewing 3 people from the industry to shed some light on what beer means to them and what their beer epiphany was.
