Beer description: This open-fermented saison is a collaboration with Wildflower, a fellow wholly family-owned brewery. It has gone through a six-week fermentation process - one-week open ferment in our brewery, two weeks in brite tanks and then a further three weeks in can for natural carbonation. Best enjoyed the way we brewed it - with friends who feel like family.⠀
