Pacific Drift is a collaboration with our new friends at Black Tide Brewing from Japan. This IPA was brewed for Pint of Origin 2023 at Benchwarmer Bar in West Melbourne. After some back and forth brainstorming with the Black Tide crew, we settled on a luscious hop combo of Citra Cryo, Citra, Strata and Pacifica. Both of our breweries love to pair US and Kiwi hops, so this lineup was a no-brainer. Overripe tropical fruit, candied citrus and a little sherbet on the finish in our signature IPA style combine to deliver one of the most crushable beers we’ve brewed this year.
