We’ve been hosting traditional Irish music sessions at our brewery taproom over the last few months, so thought it was about time we brewed our first Irish beer style. An Irish Red Ale, or Leann Dearg if you’re speaking Irish, is a malty but easy drinking ale. Brewed with a base of flavourful Maris Otter malt and just enough roasted barley to give it an amber-red colour. Just in time for St Patrick's Day, Sláinte!
