A naturally soured and barrel aged ale brewed in October 2016.
The ale was soured using the brewing grain and was then steeped with berries for 18 months before a further 6 months maturation in oak barrels.
With the delicious fruit complexity of Derwent Valley grown raspberries, blackberries, mulberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants, this special release ale will be perfect for any celebration at this time of year or will equally age in bottle for those who can be patient and wait.
Lightly sparkling, the ale should always be served in a wine glass.
